I have had the pleasure of photographing the Harris Family for a few years now and this summer they decided to include their siblings, parents, nieces, and nephews in a beautiful extended family session at Huron Meadows Metro Park in Brighton, Michigan.
We spent about an hour together and had so much fun. With so many generations in one session, we captured a great variety of photos including grandparents with their grandkids, siblings together, and even some cousin shots that will be treasured for years to come. Each family brought their own energy and personality, which made the session so enjoyable and full of laughter.
The sunset that evening was incredible and gave every photo a warm, golden glow. Sessions like this are one of my favorite things to photograph because they capture connection, love, and joy across generations all in one session.
If you have been thinking about doing an extended family session, now is the perfect time. I love helping families create timeless memories in beautiful outdoor locations like Huron Meadows Metro Park and I would be thrilled to photograph your next session. Whether it is just your immediate family or a big multi-generational gathering, we will make it fun, relaxed, and full of photos you will treasure forever.
