This wedding was a special one for me! Gina and I have been friends for almost 15 years. Years before she was engaged, and just dating Jason, she told me that she wanted me to photograph her wedding. When they got engaged last winter she texted me and told me she was ready to book! She didn’t even have a venue or date yet and I was thrilled that she wanted me to capture their big day!
Gina and Jason were married on a perfect summer day at The Hotel Baronette Renaissance in Novi Michigan. I am so grateful that Gina and Jason carved time in their day for a first look. I always encourage my couples to do that because not only does it gives you ample time for portraits, but you get some alone time before the ceremony. Spending the day with them you can really tell that these two are so in love and they are one heck of a couple. I loved capturing their love and watching them exchange their vows surrounded by their close family and friends.
