We had so much fun walking up and down the rows finding the perfect tree. Matt had his heart set on a minty colored evergreen, but Britton and I had a lot of fun finding the ugly dead looking trees to irritate him with. Finally, we settled on a really perfect tree and watched Matt cut it down. Weston was so intrigued at what his daddy was doing and it was amazing to see his curiosity and wonder. After we hauled the tree back up to the front we stopped in and had some cider and donuts. Waldock also has a small gift shop with cute ornaments and Weston helped pick out this years ornament for their tree.
I am so excited to make this a tradition and I hope to photograph more families here because it is so beautiful.
