We will spend 8 to 10 hours together, and I will be your honorary bridesmaid, biggest hype girl, dress fluffer, and storyteller. Whether you are getting married near my studio in Howell, Michigan, the heart of Metro Detroit, or anywhere else in the state, I want you to feel relaxed and ready to celebrate.
How far in advance should we book you?
Typically, couples book me about 6 to 12 months before their wedding date. To ensure I am available for your date, I recommend reaching out as soon as possible. A $500 non-refundable retainer secures your wedding date, and the remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding
How would you describe your photography style?
My style is a deliberate departure from the muted tones prevalent in contemporary wedding photography. My photos are bold and colorful. I blend vibrant color palettes with classic elegance to create images that stand out from trendy wedding photography. I focus on capturing candid moments, genuine smiles, and timeless memories.
How many photos will we receive?
You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. Keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, decor, and details.
Do you offer videography?
No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible. I will gladly recommend videographers I have worked with that are amazing and will take great care of you.
Are engagement sessions included?
Yes! A complimentary engagement Session is included in every single wedding package. I am completely obsessed with these sessions because they are the absolute best way for us to get to know each other before the big day. It gives you both a chance to get super comfortable in front of the camera, so by the time your wedding rolls around, you are basically pros. Plus, you get gorgeous photos to use for your save the dates, wedding decor, or your wedding website.
Do you edit all of our photos?
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge.
Do you help us plan our wedding day timeline?
Absolutely. I provide timeline building services to help ensure your day runs smoothly. Wedding logistics can feel overwhelming, and this professional support helps ensure that the photography remains a joyful part of your day rather than a source of anxiety. I will help keep the day moving smoothly while capturing all your candid moments.
Do you travel outside of Howell for weddings?
I am based right here in Howell, Michigan, but I typically travel all over the state to capture unique couples and their love stories. From downtown Detroit to the shores of Lake Michigan, I am always ready to pack my bags to document your day.
