Now that I am in the middle of my slow season I have more time to re-edit old sessions and shoot for myself. I'm still struggling to find my editing style. I get a lot of my inspiration from fellow photographers and how they edit, but I can't seem to find what works for me. I'm definitely drawn to a cleaner and natural look when it comes to photography, but in a world with Meg Bittons and Savannah Kates I feel like I am not editing enough.
I played around a little bit with some images I took of Regan playing in her room. I think I'm satisfied with the look of these shots. I definitely identify with lifestyle and documentary style photography, so these images and the edits work for me. Let me know what you think.
