If you happen to lose your images and the download link is no longer active then the easiest thing to do is to contact me and we can get the gallery re-uploaded. Please note that depending on the timing and session there could be a small fee to retrieve the photos.

Booking, Meeting and Payment

I would love to meet with you prior to the engagement shoot or wedding; however, if you’re too busy or too far away, its easy to handle everything remotely. Just let me know what information you want and we can setup a time to discuss. For example, if you would like to see more of my work, I can gladly show you complete events online. If you would like to talk about packages or get a sense of my personality, then we can always discuss on the phone, over text or even webcam appointments can be arranged.
I would love to meet your relatives, answer their questions and review my work with them. If possible, I would like to at least webcam with you to get to know you better.
If you would like to meet in person to discuss details I would be more than happy to. Depending on location, in the past I would typically meet clients halfway at a neutral location like a coffee shop.
All dates are reserved once we receive your signed contract and deposit.
Unfortunately no. Retainer fees are used to reserve your date. Once we’ve reserved your date, we do not accept new clients for your date.
Generally no, but this is taken on a case by case basis. The reason for canceling and my availability is taken into account. Also, if rates change from your original date to your new date, the new rates will apply.
I do not offer discounts on Sunday weddings or off-season weddings. Wedding season is almost year round. I also cannot offer discounts on weekday weddings as all of the costs (second shooter rates, etc.) associated with the wedding remain the same.
